Executive Summary
NURA USA is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role bridges essential customer service functions with outbound logistics coordination, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the nutraceutical, raw ingredients, food & beverage, or wellness sectors, particularly within B2B environments.
This position requires expertise in order management, customer account support, and meticulous logistics scheduling. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, have a customer-centric mindset, and thrive in a closely knit, high-performing team environment.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of customer orders, from initial receipt through final delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of order entry and fulfillment.
- Maintain proactive communication with internal teams and external partners.
- Arrange outbound logistics, including issuing Bill of Lading (BOL) requests to customer logistics contacts and tracking communications until the BOL is received and uploaded to the platform against the corresponding sales order.
- Strategic scheduling and warehouse coordination: reach out to arrange orders well in advance of ship dates to guarantee on-time delivery; adjust ship dates within the order management system based on customer requirements while remaining cognizant of warehouse capacity.
- Maintain close contact with the logistics team to balance outbound schedules and prevent warehouse overload during peak order days; provide escalation support with the broader logistics team for complex pickups or issues.
- The responsibilities are structured to adapt to seasonal demands and team staffing levels. A phased workload distribution is expected during the initial and subsequent phases.
- Period and Focus:
- May – July:
Primary focus on Logistics Team Support with 70% Logistics / 30% Customer Service; support for 1 Sales Representative. - Post-Transition: 100% Customer Service and Account Management; support for 3 Sales Representatives.
- Ongoing:
Continuous Hybrid Support, balanced as per business needs; coverage for Logistics team as needed.
During the initial high-intensity logistics period (May through July), the candidate will undergo comprehensive training on all customer service-related workflows. Once the logistics team is fully staffed, primary shipping duties will be fully transitioned, allowing the coordinator to expand support to three sales representatives. The coordinator is also expected to provide coverage for logistics team members during absences (e.g., illness or vacation).
