We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate clients' long-term care, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively as you will be gathering documentation & information. Communicating with a team as well as clientele having to multitask and be capable of managing their time & schedule.
Must speak English & Spanish. Duties:- Great Visitors.
- Reaching out to clients' outbound calls / Transferring calls as needed.
- Communicating via email, Phone calls/ Texts, or in person with clientele.
- Collecting important documentation.
- Asses information received.
- Coordinate accordingly with team members.
- Monitor clients' progress.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes and documentation.
- Process Payroll keeping Statements up to date
- 2+ Years experience in Customer Service.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Demonstrate careful attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Quick Books Experience preferred & Excel.
- Opportunities for advancement.

- 8-hour shift.
- Monday to Friday.
- Customer service: 2 years (Required).
