Job Summary
Our client is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join their team. This is an excellent entry point into a large corporate environment for candidates who enjoy solving problems, communicating with customers, and working collaboratively. Full training is provided-automotive experience not required.

Compensation$24/HOUR
Responsibilities- Communicate with dealerships, vehicle owners, and third parties by phone and email to resolve customer concerns.
- Document all interactions and case details in the CRM system.
- Research warranties, policies, and customer programs to ensure accurate and compliant resolutions.
- Partner with team members and leadership to meet department goals and support ongoing projects.
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Problem‑solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent time‑management and organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook & Excel)
- Ability to type 65+ WPM
- Customer‑facing or office experience preferred
