Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Irvine, CA
Type: Contract to hire
Pay: $23/ hour

Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in supporting customer‑facing service operations. This position is responsible for coordinating service requests, tracking job progress, and ensuring accurate communication between customers, internal teams, and external partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in fast‑paced environments, and capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary contact for customers requesting field service support
- Coordinate and manage service requests from initiation through completion
- Prepare service estimates and pricing quotes
- Monitor job status and communicate updates via customer portals, email, and phone
- Document activities and maintain accurate records using CRM and ERP systems
- Generate reports and support administrative and operational needs
- Manage multiple assignments while maintaining accuracy and timeliness
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in service coordination, dispatch, or customer support roles
- Experience in a technical, operations, or manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and time‑management skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced setting
- Proficient with CRM systems, ERP platforms, and Microsoft Office tools
- Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through and ownership of assigned tasks
- Professional, ethical, and customer‑focused approach
