Description
The Customer Relationship Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service and satisfaction to customers resulting in a positive customer experience, long term solutions, and brand loyalty, and representing Vortex Industries LLC with the highest degree of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions with customers.
- Proactively delivers superior customer service in response to customer calls, correspondence, and e-mails.
- Ensures customer's needs are understood and schedules the appropriate service.
- Partners with local service centers as a liaison to large customer jobs.
- Manages large account customers who have orders, need for estimates, or require information about products/services.
- Ensures confidentiality and security of sensitive data.
- Ensure constant communication with team members.
- Ensures accurate data entry into the customer cards and databases.
- Ensure timely completion of work through critical thinking skills, prioritization, and multitasking.

- Strong people and time management skills are required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required; must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and across all organizational levels.
- Detail oriented, positive friendly customer service are key attributes.
- Computer knowledge and skills, i.e., MS Office Suite - Word, Power Point and Excel is required.
- Experience with MRP systems is beneficial.
- Collaborative with a continuous improvement outlook.
- Ability to build and maintain strong effective business relationships in a team-based environment.
- Ability to multi-task efficiently and adapt within a rapidly changing environment.
- Flexible with high energy, able to handle multiple tasks smoothly.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, with attention to accuracy.
- High school diploma or General Education Degree required (GED).
- One (1) - Three (3) years of customer service experience, or administrative background preferred.
- B2C and experience with customer facing roles in retail, restaurant, hospitality is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision to meet deadlines.

- Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must have the ability to walk short distances.

Salary Description
$22.75 - $29.00
