Location: Irvine, CA (100% On-site) Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour (DOE) Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Hours may adjust in the future) Travel: Occasional (up to twice a year for industry conventions)
Role Overview:
Are you passionate about skincare and dedicated to helping others? A fast-growing skincare brand in Irvine is looking for two friendly, detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Care Agents. In this role, you will be the "face" of our brand, ensuring every customer and distributor feels valued through warm, professional, and meticulous support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Omnichannel Support: Provide exceptional service via phone, email, and live chat.
- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for customers and distributors; assist with product inquiries, order tracking, returns, and account management.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve complex issues with empathy and precision, ensuring no concern is left unresolved.
- Bilingual Translation: Translate or explain marketing materials and technical product information for multilingual audiences.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Embody the company's passion for skincare, fostering brand loyalty and repeat business in every interaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to provide feedback and help improve the overall customer journey.
- Language Skills: Bilingual fluency is required in English and either Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) or Korean.
- Experience: Proven background in front-facing customer service, specifically handling escalated issues and conflict resolution.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in customer service or direct sales is required; a background in skincare or beauty is a major plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Natural communicator with active listening and creative problem-solving skills.
- Empathetic, positive, and "customer-first" mentality.
- Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
