We’re looking for a warm, bubbly, and engaging communicator who can make every client feel supported from the very first call. Experience in customer service and tax relief is preferred but not required — what matters most is your voice, your energy, and your ability to build instant trust
. As our Welcome Call Coordinator, you’ll be the first person new clients speak to as they begin their journey toward financial relief. Your tone, clarity, and confidence will set the stage for a smooth onboarding experience.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct friendly, upbeat welcome calls with new clients
- Walk clients through next steps and answer initial onboarding questions
- Verify client information and update records in our CRM (Logic)
- Take live transfers from the sales team with professionalism and ease
- Create a positive first impression that sets clients up for long-term success
- A standout phone personality — warm, professional, and engaging
- 1+ year of customer service or call center experience (tax relief experience a plus, but not required)
- Comfort working with computers, email, and CRM systems
- Strong attention to detail for accurate client setup
- Someone who thrives in a supportive, fast‑paced, team‑focused environment
- Positive work atmosphere with music, a friendly team, and an energetic vibe
- Consistent Monday–Friday schedule: 8 AM to 5 PM

This is a full-time, in-office position at our Irvine, CA location. Remote work is not available.
