Customer Service Representative – Ledra Brands
Location: Irvine, California
We are seeking to add a Customer Service Representative to our Customer Service Department, where you will be developing new and nurturing long-term relationships with territory reps, agencies, customers, and inside staff. In addition, you will be processing simple to very complex orders and communicating via phone/email, ensuring all duties and tasks are completed accurately and timely.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with our sales reps.
- Process orders, provide product availability and order status via phone and email.
- Provide tracking information and issue Returned Material Authorizations (RMA).
- The capability to address job issues and deliver optimal solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with focus on data entry and record keeping.
- Assist customers with all post sales inquiries and questions, in a timely manner.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities):
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong team player that is highly motivated and can work independently.
- Detail oriented, organized and efficient.
- Excellent technical capabilities to include MS Office (Word and Excel).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to learn new product information and seize opportunities to expand your job knowledge.
- Strong Customer Service experience. Minimum of 5 years’ experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of Net Suite software is PLUS!
- Lighting Sales Experience is a must!
