Part Time (30 Hours) Associate Banker, Culver and Walnut Branch, Irvine CA – Bilingual Mandarin & English Required

Work for JPMorgan Chase. Base pay range is $22.50/hr – $27.60/hr.

As an Associate Banker at the Culver and Walnut Branch, you will represent our brand and culture with ultimate hospitality and use cutting‑edge banking technology to provide friendly, attentive service. Your role will significantly contribute to the branch's success by delivering exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve their financial goals.

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling/canceling client meetings.
• Assist with day‑to‑day transactions, open new accounts, and comply with all policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate clients on the use of self‑service options such as the Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, and demonstrating empathy.
• Operate branch cash devices (cash vault, ATM, etc.) while following bank policies and procedures.

• Previous client‑service or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin (reading and speaking).

• Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology solutions.
• Cash handling experience.
