LPA is seeking a versatile Senior Editor to work within our Integrated Communications team. The ideal candidate can distill complex, jargon‑rich topics into narrative content that a general audience can read. We produce content showcasing vibrant projects and solutions—how they came to be, and why integrated design is critical today.

• Write tight, interesting 300‑word articles on architectural projects involving interviews and close coordination with stakeholders.
• Write longer journalistic features (700–1,200 words) involving interviews and various story formats (general features, roundups, Q&As, editorials, etc.).
• Write web descriptions about firm projects.
• Cover events (ribbon cuttings, awards presentations).
• Provide editorial support during photo and video shoots.
• Interest in architecture, design, storytelling and sustainability.
• Eye for detail, accuracy and journalistic rigor.
• Sense of voice, story and style that transcends basic news writing and aligns with a magazine purview.

• Background in writing about architecture, design, visual culture or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work on brand marketing materials.
• Ability to work on PR tasks as needed.
• Ability to work on social media campaigns and copy as needed.

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000 and is eligible for an annual bonus.
