Benchmark Sports is the parent company of Golf Daddy. Golf Daddy is a fast-growing golf + technology brand that has generated 700M+ organic views in a short lifespan, and we’re building toward the billion-view mark
.
We’re hiring a Content Producer to own end-to-end social content production—
pre-production, filming, editing, posting, and operational scale
—while partnering closely with the founder and a top-tier team.
This is a high-output role. You’ll be expected to execute quickly, communicate clearly, and raise the bar on creative that performs.
What You’ll DoInitial 1 Month
- Produce engaging, high-performing short form organic content across Tik Tok, Instagram, and You Tube.
- Own content from start to finish: concept → prep → filming → editing → posting → iteration.
- Be hands-on in shoots (including being on camera when needed to craft the best edit).
- Manage the content pipeline and coordinate with the team to keep output consistent.
- Attend events to market the product and capture content in real-world settings.
- Fortify our funnel with content that improves performance from first impression to purchase.
3–6 Months
- Continue producing high-performing organic content at a high cadence while leveling up quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with partner creators across the golf industry to expand reach and output.
- Turn top-performing organic content into ad-ready creative (multiple variations, hooks, formats, and cuts).
- Create content supporting new coaching products and upcoming Golf Daddy product launches—especially around golf improvement.
- Execute early international expansion through content that resonates in new markets.
- Build and organize seasonal/cultural campaigns (ex: Father’s Day) and deliver content to support those pushes.
6+ Months
- Scale into larger operational leadership responsibilities within the content department.
- Maintain extreme attention to creative detail (copy, hooks, pacing, authenticity, brand voice).
- Continue expanding international growth through content and distribution.
- Support and collaborate with creators as the network grows—while continuing to ship content yourself.
- A true content operator—someone who can own the entire production loop without hand-holding.
- High taste + high output: you know what’s good and you ship consistently.
- Strong communicator who can keep multiple initiatives moving without confusion.
- Someone who likes intensity, speed, and responsibility—and gets better under pressure.
- A creator who “lives and breathes content” and cares about performance, not just aesthetics.
- Strong production and editing competency (you can shoot and edit content that performs).
- Proven ability to create social content optimized for retention and engagement.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-person environment with high standards.
- Willing to relocate to the Irvine area (moving support available).
- Direct partnership with the founder and meaningful influence on company direction.
- A team that’s already operating at an elite level and scaling fast.
- Accelerated growth path into operational leadership based on measurable impact.
- Weekly tee times with a passionate team.
- Work alongside top 1% talent across engineering, coaching, and creative.
- Benefits:
Healthcare, Dental, 401k - Monthly golf stipend for team members
