Senior Graphic Designer – Full Time

In-House only, Monday-Friday in our Irvine, Ca. Headquarters.

$60,000-$70,000 depending on experience.

Three Sixteen Publishing is the home of Steadfast Bibles, Green Egg Media and Bella Scriptura. Our publishing company is positioned for significant growth with the development of the Legacy Standard Bible and also by broadening our retail and direct‑to‑consumer sales channels.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, technologically proficient, and capable of managing multiple tasks each day. This role requires someone who is productive, responsive, and adaptable to shifting priorities. Because our largest target market is a Christian audience, the candidate must also have a strong understanding of Evangelical culture.

• Support Marketing Team in our Irvine, Ca. Headquarters.
• Execute marketing campaigns across all sales channels, including e-commerce and wholesale accounts.
• Design and produce digital assets—such as emails, website graphics, and sales sheets—under the direction of the Marketing Associate.
• Create print-ready files through typesetting, page layout, and design for covers, packaging, and products.
• Apply brand standards consistently across print and digital deliverables, maintaining alignment with current themes.

• Must have 5+ years of experience.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of Evangelical Christian culture and general knowledge of the Christian consumer marketplace.
• Receptive to direction, self‑motivated, and comfortable contributing ideas.
• Strong attention to detail with a meticulous commitment to following instructions.
• Self‑starter who is responsible, trustworthy, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to manage daily workflow effectively.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, website maintenance, and social media platforms.
• Experience designing graphics and images tailored for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and X.
• Familiarity with video editing for web and social media platforms, including You Tube and Instagram.
• Strong affinity for typography.
• Knowledge of product photography, including studio and outdoor lighting techniques.
• Experience with Mailchimp, Shopify, and Word Press.
