We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Estimator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in the successful execution of our commercial construction projects. The Senior Estimator will be responsible for managing all aspects of estimating, from conceptual estimating to lump sum and GMP. The projects will span across various sectors including office, retail, industrial, institutional, private education, office headquarters, and faith-based.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in TI and Ground Up construction and will play a key role in our preconstruction process.

• Oversee and manage the entire estimating process for all assigned projects.
• Develop accurate and comprehensive estimates in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with project management teams to understand project specifications and requirements.
• Perform risk analysis to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
• Review and analyze project plans, requirements, and specifications.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates including material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
• Coordinate with the preconstruction team to ensure accurate project estimates.
• Participate in bid and proposal meetings to present and defend estimate findings.
• Continually improve and update knowledge of construction costs, trends, and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction estimating.
• Proven experience in TI and Ground Up construction.
• Proficient in estimating, GMP, lump sum, and conceptual estimating.
• Experience in a variety of sectors including office, retail, industrial, institutional, private education, office headquarters, and faith-based.
• Strong understanding of the preconstruction process.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in relevant software and technology.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
