Job Description

Are you a seasoned professional in the construction industry? Does the idea of managing mixed-use, multifamily projects excite you? If so, we have an opportunity for you! We are seeking an experienced Permanent Senior Superintendent to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to our operations, overseeing the construction of mixed-use, multifamily projects. Our ideal candidate is a strong leader with a deep understanding of construction processes, capable of managing complex projects from the ground up.

Experience in senior living, Podium, wrap, Type I, SOG, Type III, and affordable housing is a must.

Responsibilities

Oversee all stages of project life cycles, managing construction and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure all parties are on the same page.

Utilize DTS, Document Tracking System, Accu Term, SAS, and Sure Trak to manage project data and track progress effectively.

Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

Manage team members, foster a positive work environment, and promote professional growth.

Conduct quality control checks and resolve any issues or delays promptly.

Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly.

Implement risk management processes and identify potential challenges before they become problems.

Qualifications

A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role in the construction industry.

Proven experience with mixed‑use, multifamily projects.

Proficiency in DTS, Document Tracking System, Accu Term, SAS, and Sure Trak.

Extensive experience with ground‑up construction, senior living, Podium, wrap, Type I, SOG, Type III, and affordable housing.

Excellent leadership and team‑management skills.

Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

A strong understanding of construction laws and regulations.

Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.

A commitment to safety and quality in all aspects of work.
