Plumbing Project Manager / Estimator

📍 Irvine, CA (On-Site)

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Project Manager / Estimator to oversee and manage the plumbing scope across multiple concurrent projects. This full-time, on-site role is based in Irvine, CA and requires travel to job sites throughout Southern California.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical plumbing expertise with project management and estimating capabilities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage the plumbing scope for multiple active construction projects
• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates and proposals
• Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
• Serve as the primary point of contact for plumbing-related project matters
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations
• Monitor job progress and proactively resolve project challenges
• Build, maintain, and grow client relationships

• Strong hands-on knowledge of plumbing and piping systems
• Proven experience managing plumbing construction projects
• Demonstrated experience in cost estimating and budgeting
• Excellent project management skills, including scheduling and coordination
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Irvine, CA
• Willingness to travel to project sites across Southern California
• Relevant plumbing certifications/licenses preferred
• Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus
