Project Engineer - Commercial Construction

Location:

Irvine, CA

Pay: $75,000-$90,000 (DOE) + Excellent Benefits

Responsibilities Will Include, but are not limited to:

* Supporting project managers on active jobs

* Help with project schedules, RFIs, submittals, and cost estimates

* Draft scopes of work and track project progress

* Keep project records organized and up to date

* Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors

What We're Looking For:

* 3+ years in commercial construction

* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

* Experience with Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar programs

* Familiarity with BIM, LEAN, LEED is a plus

* Timberline software knowledge is a plus
