This is a full-time role based in Irvine, CA . As an Estimator at Elegant Construction Inc., you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects by analyzing proposals, blueprints, and client requirements. You will collaborate with project managers and clients, evaluate material and labor costs, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets. Your role will also include identifying potential risks, exploring cost-saving opportunities, and providing recommendations to optimize project efficiency.

• Proficiency in cost estimation and analysis, blueprint reading, and construction proposal evaluation
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with construction materials, labor markets, and building codes
• Experience using estimating software and tools (e.g., Procore, Plan Swift) is a plus
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for client and vendor interactions
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Prior experience in the construction industry, specifically in estimating, is preferred
