Are you a seasoned professional in the Construction Industry with a specialty in Healthcare Construction? Do you have a knack for Healthcare Estimating and preconstruction planning? If so, we are looking for a Permanent Senior Preconstruction Manager-Healthcare OSHPD/HCAI to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your skills in OSHPD, OSHPD 1, HCAI, Lean, IPD, TVD, and Design Build to drive the preconstruction process for healthcare projects.
This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the healthcare construction sector, utilizing your expertise to ensure our projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities
Leading the preconstruction phase of healthcare construction projects, ensuring all aspects align with OSHPD and HCAI regulations.Developing and implementing preconstruction planning strategies, incorporating Lean, IPD, TVD, and Design Build methodologies.Collaborating with project teams to develop comprehensive project estimates and timelines.Overseeing the healthcare estimating process, identifying potential areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure all preconstruction activities align with project goals and regulatory requirements.Assessing and managing project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.Providing regular updates to project stakeholders on preconstruction progress, potential challenges, and strategies for overcoming these challenges.Qualifications
A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Construction Industry, specifically in Healthcare Construction with a General Contractor.Demonstrated expertise in Healthcare Estimating and preconstruction planning.Proficiency in OSHPD, OSHPD 1, and HCAI regulations and standards.Experience with Lean, IPD, TVD, and Design Build methodologies.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and coordinate diverse project teams.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex preconstruction plans and strategies to a variety of stakeholders.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential challenges and implement effective solutions.A commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Professional certifications in Healthcare Construction, OSHPD, or HCAI are a plus.If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for healthcare construction, we would love to hear from you.
