Location: Southern California

Reports to: Preconstruction Director

The Senior Estimator will support high-value pursuits and awarded work across Southern California, delivering accurate, competitive estimates while supporting expansion into new markets and sectors.

• Develop conceptual through GMP-level estimates for complex projects
• Perform quantity takeoffs, scope reviews, and pricing analysis
• Lead subcontractor outreach, bid leveling, and scope alignment
• Collaborate closely with preconstruction, operations, and design teams
• Support value engineering, cost optimization, and risk analysis
• Assist with pursuit strategy, proposals, and client presentations

• 8–12+ years of estimating experience with a GC or CM
• Experience on projects $25M+ (larger-scale experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of CSI divisions and construction methods
• Proficiency with estimating and takeoff software
• Knowledge of Southern California subcontractor markets

• Strong pipeline and awarded backlog
• Exposure to complex, high-profile projects
