Associate/Sr. Associate Analyst - Construction Advisory and Claims

Costa Advisory is a boutique consulting firm based in Irvine, California. We focus on construction projects throughout North America and work across all construction sectors. Our services cover:

• Project advisory for controls and management
• Evaluation of impacts and mitigations
• Schedule and delay analyses
• Productivity analyses
• Quantification of damages
• Support in dispute resolution and negotiations
• Expert witness testimony

This is a full-time in-office role supporting our team through project controls advisory, schedule and delay analyses, and cost analyses.

• Experience:
  
  1-5 years in construction project controls or project management
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Knowledge of construction operations, project controls, and scheduling
• Understanding of construction change orders, time requests, REAs, and/or claims
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products
• Experience with scheduling software is preferred (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel (amount varies, but typically no more than 3-4 trips per year)
