We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in Milpitas, United States.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional efforts across product launches, market segmentation, and go-to-market (GTM) execution.
• Manage project timelines, track key milestones, and ensure alignment between global and regional teams for timely execution of GTM plans.
• Drive flawless execution of product launches, ensuring readiness across sales, marketing, and operations.
• Partner with demand planning and sales operations to ensure accurate forecasting for new product introductions (NPIs).
• Develop and deliver strong sell-in stories and customer-facing materials to enable sales teams.
• Gather and synthesize competitive intelligence to inform product positioning and roadmap decisions.
• Act as a conduit between regional teams and global product management to relay market needs and feedback.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in project management, GTM strategy, or product marketing.
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects in a global environment.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with forecasting tools, sales enablement platforms, and launch planning frameworks.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and navigate complex organizational structures.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
