Administers moderately complex contracts to ensure compliance with customer and company requirements. Responsible for proposal preparation, pricing negotiation, contract performance monitoring, and customer account management. Supports order management, S&OP demand planning, and customer communications.
Key Responsibilities- Review and administer contracts, POs, and Long-Term Agreements for compliance (pricing, delivery, terms).
- Prepare and submit compliant proposals in response to RFPs.
- Negotiate pricing, terms & conditions (including FAR/DFAR flow-downs).
- Manage full contract lifecycle (RFP to closeout).
- Monitor financial performance, delivery status, and contract amendments.
- Serve as primary customer point of contact.
- Resolve claims, complaints, and out-of-scope changes.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and aerospace regulations.
- Support order entry, portal management, schedule changes, and demand planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- 2+ years of contract administration experience.
- Knowledge of FAR/DFAR, USG contracting, CAS, certified cost/pricing data.
- Experience managing government and/or commercial contracts.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficient in standard business systems and software.
