- Proven ability to set and achieve challenging business objectives with superior product performance
- Thorough understanding of industry standards, specialty product distribution, and market access fundamentals
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required for frequent driving responsibilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally with peers and leadership
- MBA or PhD preferred with 15+ or 12+ years of related experience, respectively
- Experience managing a regional specialty sales force during rapid growth in specialty pharmaceuticals or rare diseases
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy entrepreneurial environment
- Demonstrated ability to influence and lead others effectively
- Experience fostering career development for direct and indirect reports
