The OpportunityAs a Business Development Representative at Huddle Business Capital, you'll be the first point of contact for businesses seeking funding solutions. You'll develop your sales skills through a combination of database reactivation, outbound prospecting, and qualified marketing leads. This is an excellent opportunity to launch your career in commercial finance with clear advancement potential to Senior Account Executive.
Compensation- Base: $21/hour
- Commission/bonus: on funded deals that are submitted
- Realistic first-year OTE: $55,000–$70,000
- Top performers can exceed $80,000+ annually
- Database Management:
Reactivate and nurture relationships with existing clients in our company database - Outbound Prospecting:
Make cold calls to potential clients in target industries to generate new business opportunities - Lead
Qualification:
Assess business funding needs and financial situations to determine fit - Application Management:
Guide clients through the application process and submit qualified deals to credit - Pipeline Development:
Build and manage a robust pipeline using Hub Spot CRM - Handoff Coordination:
Prepare files for assignment to Senior Account Executives once applications are submitted - Market
Education:
Learn equipment financing, working capital products, SBA, invoice factoring

- 1–2 years sales, customer service, or business development experience (not required)
- Bachelor s degree in Business or related field (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Hub Spot experience a plus)
- Interest in financial services or B2B sales

- Consistent daily activity: 80–150 outbound calls, 10–15 meaningful conversations
- Submit 3–5 qualified applications to credit weekly
- Maintain organized pipeline and accurate CRM documentation
- Develop product knowledge and industry expertise
- Graduate to handling inbound marketing leads within 2–4 months
