Responsibilities

  • In coordination with Mobis Parts America and other of our service providers, resolve operational issues, improve service levels, and ensure alignment with KUS standards.
  • Provide direct support for escalated dealer issues by collaborating with internal departments and external partners.
  • Adjust Parts systems parameters as needed to support dealer operations.
  • Ensuring all payment and billing processes are compliant with all financial audit requirements (in a SOX environment)
  • Vendor management and coordination including remanufacture or direct exchange related suppliers and our primary 3PL provider, including billing or payment to and ensuring KMA's interests are properly represented.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to parts operations and service providers' performance.
  • Support cross-functional projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the parts operations team.
  • Perform ad hoc reporting, administrative tasks, and other duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related business field or equivalent combination of education and work experience is required.

Overall Related Experience:

3-5 years of experience in automotive parts operations, logistics, or dealer support preferred. Experience in developing and implementing SOPs and process improvements.

Directly Related Experience:

3+ years involvement in automotive service parts business preferably. Proven track record in customer communication, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination. Familiarity with ERP systems.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced critical thinking skills
  • Strong background in data analysis, forecasting, and KPI reporting.
  • Advanced capabilities in MS Excel with proficiency in all other office suite products
