Key responsibilities include:

• Customer Development & Performance Achievement:
  Drive acquisition of key clients, logistics partners, and overseas warehouse customers. Execute sales strategies to meet performance targets and expand market share.
• Customer Relationship Management:
  Maintain proactive communication through regular check‑ins, address real‑time needs, nurture long‑term partnerships, and enhance satisfaction to secure strategic collaborations.
• Business Planning & Execution:
  Develop and implement project solutions aligned with market insights and objectives. Manage quotations, contract negotiations, and finalizations.
• Accounts Receivable Management:
  Oversee receivables for clients within payment terms, collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve issues, and ensure timely fund recovery.
• Market Intelligence & Feedback:
  Gather market data, customer needs, and competitor strategies. Provide timely updates and actionable insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Project Risk Mitigation:
  Monitor project execution, identify risks, and resolve operational challenges to ensure smooth delivery.
• Internal Process Improvement:
  Share market and client feedback to drive IT/system enhancements and support departmental project development.
