About the Role:Ascendion is hiring a Senior Client Executive who is a proven revenue producer with full-desk recruitment experience. This role is built for a competitive, self-directed recruiter who brings a portable book of business
, consistently delivers results, and thrives in a high-performance agency environment.
Legal recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
This is not a development role. We are looking for someone who can drive revenue immediately and scale their desk.
What You’ll Be Responsible For- Owning the full desk
: business development, account management, recruiting, and placements - Leveraging a portable book of business to generate immediate billings
- Consistently billing $350K+ annually and exceeding performance targets
- Hunting for new business while expanding existing client relationships
- Controlling and managing your pipeline from first call through placement and retention
- Delivering high-quality candidates under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Negotiating fees, compensation, and offers with confidence and urgency
- Forecasting revenue accurately and managing your desk like a business
- Operating with urgency, accountability, and a results-first mindset
- 5–8 years of recruitment agency experience
- Proven full desk recruitment success
- Must have experience with perm placements
- Minimum of 3 prior years billing $350K+
- Portable book of business required
- Strong new-business development and closing ability
- Highly competitive, performance-driven mentality
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Legal recruiting experience (law firms, in-house legal, or legal services)
- History of exceeding quota in a high-expectation agency environment
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission

Salary Range:
The annual salary for this role is 65,000 - 70,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions for this position are 20%
