Position Overview

The Strategic Partner Success Specialist provides ongoing support to strategic partners, focusing on partner enablement and enhanced service. This role monitors partner performance and retention, identifying growth opportunities and business strategies to meet revenue targets. The specialist analyzes partner performance, identifies areas for improvement and implements strategies to achieve success. Close collaboration with the Strategic Team and other business units is essential to drive impactful outcomes.

Job Responsibilities and Duties
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all strategic email inquiries.
  • Support strategic team members to ensure partners receive top-quality service.
  • Analyze partner performance reports to identify gaps and develop improvement initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, helping them maximize platform and service use.
  • Thoroughly research partner issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Manage daily tasks for unique processes tailored to individual strategic partners, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide feedback for marketing asset development and growth strategies.
  • Oversee onboarding for strategic partners within assigned sales channel.
  • Deliver training sessions via phone or webinar as needed.
  • Foster strong partner relationships through exceptional customer service and proactive communication.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Some college education preferred) or 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Organized and detail oriented with a strong ability to think and plan strategically to provide resolution and follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to change priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience involving account management or customer support.
  • Business travel as needed, potentially 1-2 times per year.
