As a member of the Organizations and People Technology team, you will help clients develop HR technical strategies, select and manage HR information systems, and assess business models to engage digital consumers at every touch‑point. You may also manage payroll preparation, processing, and administration to improve operation costs and reduce risks.

You will be a key resource on large‑scale system related projects, delivering quality client service, insightful solutions, and balancing multiple priorities. You will also be expected to have excellent communication skills, integrate into and lead new teams, and rapidly establish relationships.

• Demonstrate technical competencies in payroll; take a practical/business‑driven approach to solving complex global payroll client challenges.
• Contribute to generating profitable revenue through identifying follow‑on engagement opportunities and developing lasting client relationships.
• Lead payroll project work streams from planning through to implementation – managing project resources and budgets effectively.
• Influence and persuade clients and stakeholders to gain support for payroll transformation and operational improvement initiatives.
• Encourage and facilitate collaboration among team members and promote an inclusive working environment.
• Contribute to business development and client pursuit activities in the payroll space by developing proposals and delivering presentations.

• Relevant professional experience, including previous work with a Big 4, global consultancy, payroll vendor, or in‑house payroll practitioner role with large‐scale project exposure.
• Approximately 10+ years of prior experience.
• Personal success in current job with experience in one or more of our capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree and relevant postgraduate qualification.
• Willingness to travel as needed and ability to work in a balanced hybrid environment.

• Project management experience with global or multinational payroll projects.
• Global payroll consulting experience, knowledge of technology vendors (ADP, People Soft/Oracle, SAP, Workday, etc.) and experience designing risk‑aware processes worldwide.
• Strong analytical acumen and proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

• Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with base salary ranging from $145,800 to $333,100 (US) and additional benefits covering medical, dental, pension, 401(k) and paid time off.
