Job Overview
We're a fast-growing and profitable startup at the intersection of AI, apparel, and culture. We move at a blinding pace, operate in one‑week release cycles, and are looking for a builder with a founder's mentality to join our core team. This is not a typical Product Manager role. You will be the architect of our logistics network, solving complex multi‑sided logistics problems involving centralized warehouses, distributed partners, middle‑mile bulk transit, and on‑demand last‑mile fleets.
Responsibilities- Own the product vision, strategy, and execution of the core pathfinding algorithm that balances customer experience, operational cost, and network speed.
- Transform a functional pilot into a highly optimized, scalable, and profitable business line.
- Measure performance by shipping impactful solutions and demonstrating measurable results.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 6+ years of product management experience.
- Deep logistics & supply‑chain expertise (network density, pathfinding, unit economics, multi‑modal logistics).
- Last‑mile experience with gig economy platforms or 3PL providers and APIs.
- Strong technical literacy – computer science or equivalent background; comfortable in system architecture discussions, optimization models, API documentation, and infrastructure trade‑offs.
- Owner mentality – independent, resourceful, obsessively biased for action.
- Data‑obsessed logical thinker with A/B testing, SQL proficiency, and KPI definition.
- Proven shipping record – 3+ years managing complex, data‑intensive products.
- AI‑native execution – leverage modern AI tools for velocity and quality.
- Exceptional written & verbal clarity for diverse audiences.
- Intellectual honesty & adaptability – pivot when data dictates.
- Startup DNA – experience at a seed or Series A startup or personal entrepreneurial experience.
- Advanced education – MBA or graduate degree in Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or related quantitative field.
- Design acumen – strong sense of UX and collaboration with designers.
- You view product management as “CEO of the product”; we serve users and the mission.
- You are a “glorified project manager” focusing only on the “how.”
- You require months for research or think in long, multi‑week release cycles.
- You see your role as managing engineers rather than empowering them.
- You are rigid with your roadmap and hard to pivot.
