Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team at EV Mode, LLC. The Sales Administrator will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by managing administrative tasks, streamlining sales operations, and ensuring effective follow-up with clients. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and is passionate about supporting a growing B2B EV charging company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support:
    Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations for B2B clients.
  • Sales Operations:
    Manage and maintain accurate records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce or similar), ensuring data integrity and timely updates on leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Client Follow-Up:
    Coordinate follow-up communications with prospects and clients, scheduling meetings, sending reminders, and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
  • Order Processing:
    Assist with processing sales orders, coordinating with internal teams (e.g., finance, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery of EV charging solutions.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    Generate sales reports, track key performance metrics, and provide insights to the sales team to support strategic decision-making.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing basic inquiries and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Event & Meeting Coordination:
    Organize sales-related events, trade shows, or client meetings, including logistics, materials preparation, and follow-up activities.
  • Process Improvement:
    Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency, collaborating with the sales team to implement best practices.

Qualifications

  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience:

    2+ years of experience in sales administration, sales operations, or a similar administrative role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Technical

    Skills:

    Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Organizational

    Skills:

    Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication

    Skills:

    Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
  • Team Player:
    Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting team goals.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    Familiarity with the EV charging industry or renewable energy sector is a plus but not required.
  • Location:

    Must be based in or willing to relocate to Irvine, California, and work on-site.
