Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Supply Chain Manager to help run and scale Dry Water’s end-to-end supply chain operations as the brand continues to grow nationwide. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, with responsibility across planning, production, inventory, logistics, and retail execution.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and external partners to ensure product is produced, moved, and delivered efficiently—keeping shelves stocked, costs controlled, and operations running smoothly as we scale.

• Collaborate with founder to set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity
• Utilize MRP tools to analyze supply/demand requirements, monitor inventory levels based on dependent and independent BOM requirements, and maintains accurate material lead times
• Submit and track POs with suppliers, co-manufacturers, and co-packers
• Assist with creation of supply/demand and forecasting tools as well as utilization processes
• Draft SOPs of all operational functions and manage updates as business needs evolve
• Define and develop inventory and purchasing strategies to meet manufacturing timelines and quality requirements
• Track key performance indicators of operational health and make recommendations to reach cost-saving and continuous improvement goals
• Participate in basic warehousing and delivery program development

• 4+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics within a CPG, food, or beverage environment
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, production, inventory, and distribution
• Experience working with co-manufacturers, 3PLs, and freight partners
• Ability to manage forecasts, inventory levels, and supply plans to support retail and DTC demand
• Familiarity with retail requirements, order execution, and operational compliance
• Data-driven mindset with strong Excel skills and experience using ERP or planning systems
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
• Proactive problem solver who takes ownership and anticipates issues before they arise
• Clear communicator who works effectively across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping build a modern CPG brand

• This is a full-time, in-office role based in Irvine, California. We work onsite five days a week — when the culture fits, it is fun to be in the office together.
• Compensation: $90K - $110K per year. Compensation is inclusive of bonus.
