About the Position
Score is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Demand Planner to support accurate forecasting, inventory planning, and cross-functional alignment across Sales, Operations, and Finance. This role will play a critical part in driving data-informed decisions to ensure optimal product availability while balancing inventory levels and financial goals. The Demand Planner will report directly to the Head of Finance and will be based in our Irvine, California office.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Business, Economics, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain, or a related analytical role
- Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP (Net Suite) and demand planning systems
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into actionable plans
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience supporting audits and preparing audit schedules.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.

- Experience in apparel, manufacturing, or distribution environments.
- Experience integrating or optimizing CRM, ERP, or BI systems.
- Familiarity with ERP-to-BI connectors or automated reporting pipelines.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, promotional activity, and sales inputs
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance to align forecasts with business objectives
- Analyze forecast accuracy, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to improve forecast reliability
- Support inventory planning by providing actionable insights to ensure appropriate stock levels and service targets
- Participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes, including preparation of demand plans and performance metrics
- Monitor product lifecycle changes, including new product introductions, phase-outs, and seasonal demand fluctuations
- Create and maintain forecasting models, dashboards, and reports to support executive decision-making
- Partner with Finance to support budgeting, revenue planning, and working capital optimization
- Continuously evaluate and improve forecasting tools, processes, and methodologies

Base Salary $73,000.00 - $99,000.00 annually,depending on experience.
