• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize cost savings and efficiency
• Manage the entire procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and understand their purchasing needs
• Evaluate supplier performance and make recommendations for improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Monitor market trends and identify potential suppliers and products
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery schedules
• Lead and motivate a team of purchasing professionals

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers
• Proficient in using procurement software and systems
