We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Office Manager & Administrative Coordinator who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to play a meaningful role in shaping both operations and culture from the ground up.

This is more than an administrative role — it’s a mission-critical position at the center of our operations. You’ll be the operational heartbeat of our office, the go-to partner for leadership, and a key contributor to building an engaging employee and visitor experience.

What You’ll Do:
Office Operations & Experience- Create and maintain a professional, welcoming office environment aligned with Celero’s brand and culture.
- Coordinate customer visits, executive meetings, and company-wide events.
- Manage day-to-day office logistics including supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships (facilities, furniture, refreshments, storage).
- Ensure smooth operations so teams can focus on innovation and execution.
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare polished executive presentations and create branded PowerPoint and Word templates.
- Process expense reports and manage office purchasing.
- Support cross-functional administrative needs as the company scales.
- Assist with employee onboarding, workspace setup, and new hire experience.
- Support HR processes including performance review cycles, interview scheduling, and training coordination.
- Help plan and execute trade shows, corporate events, and team-building activities.
- Contribute to shaping a positive, collaborative, and high-performance company culture.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience in office management or administrative roles (startup or tech environment preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Experience collaborating with international teams (U.S., Canada, Argentina preferred).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Self-starter mentality with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- High emotional intelligence and a team-first mindset.

Salary Range
$70,000 - $120,000 Base Annually
The final offer will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
