Position OverviewEscrow Assistant (1+ Years Experience)
📍 Irvine, CA | Full-Time | On-Site
We are seeking an Escrow Assistant with 6–18 months of recent escrow experience to support our Escrow Officers with residential and commercial transactions.
This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow into a future Escrow Officer position.

Key Responsibilities- Open new escrow files and accurately enter data into escrow software
- Order preliminary title reports, payoffs, HOA statements, and supporting documentation
- Prepare and distribute opening packages
- Communicate professionally with buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents
- Review returned escrow documents for completeness and compliance
- Assist with loan document packaging for funding and recording
- Maintain organized, audit‑ready files in compliance with California regulations
- Support Escrow Officers with day‑to‑day file management and deadlines
- 6–18 months of consecutive, recent escrow experience required
- Working knowledge of escrow software (RBJ, Green Folders, and/or Qualia preferred)
- Experience processing loan documents strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
