In this role, you will communicate with clients to gather travel preferences, timelines, and budgets. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help assemble clear and practical travel plans. Responsibilities include assisting with itinerary development, coordinating reservations, confirming booking details, and maintaining organized documentation.

You will also provide updates and assistance when changes or adjustments are required before, during, or after travel. This position emphasizes dependable service, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills rather than sales responsibilities.
