Data Entry Clerk

Overview

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. This role will support our client's team by accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across internal systems while assisting with day-to-day administrative functions. The ideal candidate is organized, efficient, and comfortable working with high volumes of information while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

• Enter, update, and maintain data in internal databases and Excel spreadsheets
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness prior to entry
• Identify and correct discrepancies in data
• Organize and maintain digital and physical files
• Generate basic reports and assist with data tracking as requested
• Support our client's team with additional clerical and administrative tasks
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy standards

• 1+ year of data entry, administrative, or clerical experience preferred
• Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to handle high-volume data entry in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Clear communication and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
