HR Administrative Assistant

We’re looking for an HR Administrative Assistant to support the team with a variety of administrative HR tasks. The HR Administrative Assistant must thrive in a fast‑paced, technology-driven environment. This role requires someone who can be a self-starter and guarantee efficiency in the work they present. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and eminent organization.

• Maintain digital and electronic employee records in HRIS
• Update employee data and records
• Assist HR and TA with various onboarding tasks
• Provide administrative support to the HR Department
• Complete reports, presentations, and company wide announcements as needed

• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or other relevant administrative support experience
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Detail‑oriented and ability to multitask
• Problem‑solving with strong decision‑making skills
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• About 1 year of experience in a high‑paced office environment
• Open to growth within the company
• Ability to think outside the box with a sense of urgency
