Overview
We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Client Services Coordinator to serve as a key point of contact between our clients and technicians. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, excels at communication, and can manage multiple priorities with confidence.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional communication
- Provide daily updates to clients regarding open job statuses
- Act as a liaison between technicians and clients to ensure accurate information flow and timely resolution
- Support scheduling, follow ups, and coordination as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong working knowledge of Excel
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage deadlines and priorities in a dynamic environment
