The Employee Experience Assistant plays a key role in supporting Waterworks Aquatics’ Human Resources and Operations teams. This position focuses on onboarding, recruitment coordination, recordkeeping, and administrative support to ensure a smooth and positive employee experience.
This role is well-suited for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys contributing behind the scenes in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
About Waterworks AquaticsWaterworks Aquatics is a premier swim school teaching children (ages 3 months and up) and adults how to swim. Our mission is to educate and motivate individuals to be safer and learn proper swimming technique

- Support employee onboarding by preparing documentation, supplies, and welcome materials.
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate interviews with applicants and managers.
- Host and facilitate video interviews using designated platforms.
- Assist with applicant screening and interview flow.
- Escort new hires through the facility and introduce key team members.
- Audit employee records to ensure documentation is complete and up to date.
- Respond to applicant and employee questions related to onboarding, policy, or training.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records in digital and paper formats.
- Support recruitment events, job fairs, and company outreach as needed.
- Communicate with internal teams via Slack and email to ensure timely updates.
- Collaborate with team members on time-sensitive projects and deadlines.
- Professionalism — you communicate clearly and appropriately in a workplace setting.
- Attention to Detail — you value accuracy in documentation and recordkeeping.
- Organization — you manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Confidentiality — you handle sensitive employee information with care.
- Collaboration — you work well with HR, operations, and site leadership.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Administrative, recruiting, or HR support experience preferred.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, video platforms, and internal systems.
- Seasonal position.
- Paid training and onboarding.
- Availability must include at least one weekend day.
- Must be available to work through July 31, 2026
