Overview

Job Title: Purchasing Assistant

Duration: 6 + Months

Location: Irvine CA 92618

Payrate: $25/hr on W-2 without benefits.

Shift: 1st shift

Job Description
  • Perform various clerical tasks and provide administrative and staff support to the organization, with particular focus on the Purchasing Department, to include Purchasing and any other department as required.
  • Perform data entry on various administrative data base systems.
  • Perform general clerical functions, to include data entry, photocopying, shredding and filing.
  • Will call customers/vendors for PO follow-up. Will use the Internet and E-mail systems to retrieve
Role & Responsibilities
  • Data Entry for Purchasing as required.
  • Experience dealing with customers/vendors on the phone.
  • Experience with filing numerically and/or alphabetically.
  • Must be able to communicate proficiently in English.
