My client is a growing law firm with offices in Irvine and SD and are currently looking for an Office Manager for their Irvine office. You would work directly with one of the Partners of the firm

Qualifications
  • 8+ years proven experience in law office management or law office administrative roles within a legal or professional services environment
  • Supervising experience with a track record of leading teams effectively
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules, vendor relationships, and multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong willed and ability to be stern when needed in interactions with attorney, staff and vendors
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written

Responsibilities
  • This vital role combines office management, administrative oversight, and team supervision to ensure the smooth operation of our legal practice
  • The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to support attorneys, staff, clients, and vendors
  • Your leadership will help foster an efficient work environment where legal services are delivered seamlessly and professionally
  • Oversee daily office operations
  • Manage workload and scheduling for attorneys, staff, and client appointments using calendar management tools
  • Supervise administrative staff to maintain high performance standards
  • Coordinate vendor relationships to optimize costs and service quality
  • Assist (as needed) marketing and website vendors with their tasks and ensure they remain efficient
  • Assist staff with billing entries (as needed) and ensure all billing entries by all personnel is timely logged in
  • Your expertise will help create an efficient environment that supports growth, professionalism, and client satisfaction

The annual salary for this position is between 100k-150k

Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
