Job Overview
TP-Link Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative, executive communication, and project & priority management support to the CEO. This role is responsible for ensuring the CEO's day-to-day activities, communications, and projects are executed smoothly, professionally, and with consistent follow-through across multiple work streams.
This is a hands-on Executive Assistant role that blends traditional EA responsibilities with strong project management ownership. The successful candidate will be dependable, proactive, and comfortable driving execution-not just coordination-in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
Success in this role requires strong project management instincts, sound judgment, and comfort driving follow-through without constant direction.
