We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our high-performance team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting day-to-day operations by providing high-level administrative, clerical, and organizational support to the leadership team and broader office. You will serve as a key point of contact for internal staff, clients, and external partners, helping to maintain efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism across all business functions.

The Administrative Assistant position is an in-office role for candidates within a commutable distance of our Irvine location
. This role is full-time, non-exempt hourly
, with a starting pay range of $21.00 per hour. This role is open to candidates who do not require visa sponsorship.

  • Support day-to-day office operations by assisting executives, managers, and team members
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and help keep leadership organized
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and office communications professionally
  • Assist with onboarding tasks and general HR coordination as needed
  • Help maintain office supplies, records, and CRM data
  • Coordinate meetings, internal events, and basic office logistics
  • Support expense reporting, invoices, and other administrative tasks
  • Take on additional projects as needed to support the team
  • Have experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Are organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
