Fantastic opportunity with our Real Estate client in Orange County! Fast paced and growing company looking for their next Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is onsite Orange County. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $21 to $26 per hour.
Experience & Requirements:- 1-2 years receptionist/administrative office experience at a large corporation.
- Must have a Notary License, important for role.
- Would be catching phone calls, administrative work, ordering office supplies, helping with event planning, and generally pitching in where needed.
- Hours 7:00 or 7:30 AM, potentially to 5pm, would be opening the building once trained. (OT will likely be available)
- Must dress conservatively, no facial piercings or tattoos that are visible.
- Solid MS Office experience, word, excel, etc.
- Culture of Team player, strong communication, collaboration.
- Organized and efficient work productivity.
