Action Property Management, the leader in community management, is seeking part-time
ON CALLFront Desk Associates
to join our team to fill in at various luxury associations throughout Los Angeles and Orange County
.

Some cities include but are not limited to:

Downtown LA

West LA

Long Beach

Irvine

Job Responsibilities
  • Represent Action Property Management and the association by greeting residents, guests, and other visitors at the Front Desk in a welcoming and professional manner.
  • Maintain the appearance of the Front Desk area, Lobby, and main elevators
  • Monitor lobby activity and maintain access control
  • Provide concierge services
  • Complete the Daily Activity Report
  • Receive and distribute resident parcels
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Address resident and guest concerns and questions
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the association's governing documents

$18 - $27 an hour

Scheduled:Varies;
Must have a flexible schedule and must be willing to drive to various locations across LA and OC.

On-Call Front Desk Associates have the ability to sign up for open shifts ahead of time and also might be called in for emergency situations.
