A leading networking solutions provider in Irvine is seeking a detail-oriented administrator to support procurement and administrative functions. The role involves managing purchase documentation, invoicing, and providing general office support. Responsibilities include liaising between Finance, Inventory, and Operations, tracking orders, and ensuring compliance with internal policies. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and has over 2 years of combined experience in procurement and administration.

This is an onsite role, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM.
