AboutThe Role
This role requires a detail‑oriented and highly organized administrator to support both procurement and administrative functions. The position will manage purchase documentation, invoicing, and data reconciliation while providing general office administration support to the business administration team. Acting as a liaison between Finance, Inventory, and Operations, the role will track orders, monitor inventory levels, and prepare procurement reports and dashboards. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with internal policies, assisting new hires, and coordinating office logistics such as seat placement.
This is an onsite role, Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑6 pm.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee purchase documentation, invoicing, and data reconciliation
- Provide calendar, travel, and correspondence support
- Serve as liaison between departments (e.g., Finance, Inventory, Operations)
- Track order status, lead times, and inventory levels
- Prepare procurement reports, dashboards, and summaries
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies
- Assist new hires with paperwork
- Seat placement for new employees
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing 25–50 lbs. on a repetitive basis
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in procurement and office administration
- 2+ years combined procurement and administrative experience
- Proficiency in MS Office; intermediate Excel knowledge and advanced functions such as pivots
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and multi‑tasking capability
- Salary range: $35–$40/hr (depending on experience)
