- Office Supplies:
Maintain and order office supplies as required (Quill) - Mail Responsibilities
- Pick up Mail
- Sort and distribute mail inhouse
- Building Work Orders/Access
- Angus System - place work orders for engineering and or janitorial
- Symmetry Connect - Employee access cards/access point
- Ace Parking - Employee parking transponders
- Basic HR Admin:
Basic HR admin support functions as time dictates
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (not mandatory but adds value).
- 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, office administration, or facilities coordination.
- Experience in a corporate office environment preferred.
- Familiarity with ordering supplies, managing vendors, and coordinating meetings/events.
- Basic knowledge of HR administrative processes is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
